Tract 7 consists of 58.42 acres m/l located 5 miles northwest of Kismet Kansas with 36.73 acres m/l of class III cropland. Farm #13 is located on tract #3. The swine facility is fenced for security and is located in the Southwest corner of the section. The majority of the cropland is in the Southeast corner of the section, with two small fields in the Southwest corner with the swine facility. The property is accessed on blacktop County Rd R with additional county road access. Farm #13 consists of two 25,920 sf buildings connected by a covered and closed alley, an office/shop building, two load-out chutes and a generator shed with a backup generator. The facility is a closed facility. An additional 3' was added to the side of the facility for a filtration system, which is in use. There is a heated hallway running the full length of the building. The rooms are heated by hanging forced air heaters. They are power ventilated with sidewall fans drawing air through the opposite sidewall with a filtered side wall and ceiling. The floors are full concrete slats over dump bucket flush pits. The interior walls and ceiling are painted metal. The buildings have flex auger feed lines that deliver feed to dry tube feeders, and there are bowl waterers available in each pen. The rooms each have overhead bins feeding the feed line or a downspout. Penning and gating are all steel. The current facility capacity is 1,058 sows, 400 nursery pigs and 800 finish pigs.
