What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of Iowa farmland.
- Identify new listing opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Develop trusted relationships with landowners, farmers, and investors.
- Stay ahead of market trends and provide accurate pricing insights and strategic advice.
- Manage transactions from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative campaigns and listing promotions.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker in the state of Iowa.
- Deep understanding of Iowa’s agricultural economy and land values.
- Strong background in sales with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of land use, zoning, and farm leasing is a strong advantage.
