David Whitaker APEX Award recognition marks a major milestone for Whitaker Marketing Group and its continued leadership in land real estate.
David Whitaker, founder of Whitaker Marketing Group in Huxley, Iowa, earned recognition as an APEX 2025 Top Twenty National Producer through the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Production Awards Program. The Land Report sponsors this program.
RLI presented the award on March 16 during the 2026 National Land Conference in San Antonio.

RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, along with The Land Report co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe, recognized Whitaker during the ceremony. In addition, this year marked the 20th anniversary of the National Land Conference.
