March 20, 2025 (CITY) — The REALTORS® Land Institute recognized David and Ann Whitaker of Whitaker Marketing Group in Huxley, Iowa, as members of the APEX 2024 Producers Club. The honor came through the RLI APEX Production Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report. During RLI’s 2025 National Land Conference (NLC25) in Tucson, AZ, RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, along with The Land Report Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe, presented the award on Tuesday, March 18.

This year, 255 land professionals qualified for the RLI APEX Producers Club. Each member completed at least $5 million in land sales during 2024. Altogether, the group reported more than $8.9 billion in transaction volume, representing 9,255 transaction sides and over 1.2 million acres sold. Clearly, the APEX Awards Program continues to showcase excellence within the land industry.
