Jeff was born virtually with his boots on the ground living in Gowrie, Iowa. His first solo tractor
driving experience was at the age of 5, and he hasn’t changed his passion for farming and
agriculture since. Although not actively engaged in farming, he continues to help family during
the busy spring and fall seasons.
He attended Iowa State University and graduated with an Agricultural Business degree with the sales and marketing emphasis program. After college, he has spent over 30 years in the agricultural sales and sales management arenas other than a few years dealing in real
estate/investment opportunities. His experience makes him an ‘ag expert’; as his career path allowed him to work and learn from some of the best; such as American Cyanamid, Monsanto, Valent USA and others.
Jeff and his fiancé Katie live in Northwood, Iowa. In their spare time they enjoy watching kids’
sports, EVERYTHING Iowa State, riding side by side and Harley Davidson trips. With Northwood being located in far North Central Iowa, he is proudly licensed in both Iowa and Minnesota.
